Nisus provides and facilitates an Injury Rehabilitation Strength & Conditioning Service.

Nisus collaborates with and has a professional network with medical professionals. The Nisus Injury Rehabilitation S&C service aims to bridge the gap between chartered physiotherapy, medical physician and GP care in playing a key and contributing role in restoring function to the patient’s injury on their return to leisure, recreational, general fitness and/or sporting performance in an individual or team sport context.

The Nisus goal is to provide Strength & Conditioning as a service, solution and intervention in injury rehabilitation for best professional practice as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Wayne Murphy MSc BSc PN1

Strength & Conditioning Coach in Performance & Rehabilitation.

Over the past 15 years, Wayne Murphy has worked with a diverse range of clientele and athletes in rehabilitation, ranging from youths right up to the senior age person. Wayne has professional networks with Chartered Physiotherapists & a Medical Physician in bridging the gap between Physiotherapy care, Medical Physician care and Strength & Conditioning for best professional practice for the client.

Wayne has helped, guided and directed multiple people in rehabilitation to find the right balance between training, work/studies, and lifestyle variables in their pursuit of returning to function in life, sporting, leisure, recreational and professional contexts. The primary focus of the Nisus Rehabilitation system is to bridge the gap between academic scientific literature and applied experience to provide people with the right balance and facilitate an educational platform for return to function.
